The drop-off option is significantly more affordable than a staffed event and still includes a custom-designed template, digital gallery delivery, and 6 hours of self-service operation. We pick up the equipment after the event. The main difference from staffed packages is that there’s no attendant managing the booth — the booth runs intuitively and guests operate it by tapping the touchscreen.

The Drop-Off Booth works best for events under 100 guests where the atmosphere is casual and someone at the event can answer basic questions. Here’s the full process: we deliver the photo booth to your Los Angeles location, set up and test the equipment, configure your custom template with event name and colors, walk your designated contact person through operation (it takes 2 minutes to learn), and confirm everything is running. Your contact person simply needs to be available during the event in case a guest has a question.

Digital delivery is included — guests receive their photos via text or email instantly. A complete gallery is delivered to you after the event. The Drop-Off Booth is configured for digital-only delivery, which keeps the self-service experience simple and reliable without the complexity of a printer.

We provide phone support throughout your rental period. If any issue arises, your contact person calls our support line and we walk them through resolution. In the rare case of a hardware issue, we can dispatch a technician to any Los Angeles location.
