California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Opt-Out

Captured Celebrations LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which requires businesses to provide California residents with the ability to opt out of the sale of their personal information, even if that business does not currently engage in such sales.
Your Rights Under CCPA
As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which we collected it, the business purposes for collecting it, and any third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions allowed under CCPA.
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. You may still submit a formal opt-out request below.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
What Information We Hold
We may hold the following categories of personal information about California residents who have interacted with us:
- Identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
- Commercial information (services purchased, booking history)
- Internet or network activity (website browsing behavior, collected via Google Analytics)
- Event-related information (event date, venue, type of celebration)
- Photos and videos taken at events you booked
This information is collected for the purpose of providing photo booth rental services, processing bookings, communicating with clients, and improving our website. It is not sold to third parties.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of your CCPA rights — including a formal opt-out request, a request to know, or a request to delete — contact us using any of the following methods:

Response Timeline
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will not charge a fee for processing your request unless it is excessive or unfounded, in which case we will inform you before proceeding.
Verification
To protect your privacy and the security of your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm your name, email address, and the nature of your prior relationship with Captured Celebrations. We will not require you to create an account with us to submit a request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. Authorized agents must be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
